I specialize in working with individuals and couples that battle with emotional overwhelm and mood instability. I have additional training in working with gender and sexual minorities and hold a safe space for those who have experienced systemic oppression. Clinically I blend the edge of my East Coast roots with the warmth of my West Coast training, providing direct, engaged, results-oriented therapy in a gentle and nurturing environment. With 10+ years of experience, clients often say I "hit the nail on the head" and ask the right questions to help them think through complicated situations. I see myself as a thought partner and facilitator of eloquent conversations. I love helping people figure out situations and experiences that feel overwhelming.
