I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, working with clients of all ages. I have close to 20 years experience working with children, adults, and families in multiple settings, including a residential treatment center, outpatient agency, group home setting, and drop-in care center with adults diagnosed with severe mental illness. My post-Masters training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Living Therapy, Love and Logic parenting, and Solution-Focused Therapy. It is an honor to have specific training and specialization in working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, especially clients on their journey of exploring gender identity or prepping for medical transition. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore thoughts and feelings.
