Provider Description
I love working with individuals who may see themselves or have been labeled as an outsider, feel they don’t belong or fit in. I aim to not only acknowledge what makes us different, but also CELEBRATE the unique traits that make you feel different. I bring and encourage curiosity, vulnerability and all shades of humor to session, as these traits help us heal our wounds, improved our relationship with self and others and grow hope for the future. My education and training in both holistic and clinical counseling psychology is amplified with training in Attachment Focused EMDR, Sandtray and art based therapy interventions. I am grateful for my lived experience as a neurodivergent Queer woman, allowing me to meet my clients from a place of empathetic knowing and compassion.
