Provider Description
I provide affirming, compassionate therapy for LGBTQ+ adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are managing the impact of minority stress, relationship concerns, burnout, or the pressure to "hold it together" while navigating systems that don't always feel safe or understanding. Therapy with me is a space where you don't have to explain or justify who you are. During our first session, we'll focus on getting to know what's bringing you in, what support has (or hasn't) worked before, and what you're hoping to get from therapy. You don't need to have the right words or a clear plan, we'll figure that out together. I aim to create a calm non-judgmental space where LGBTQ+ clients can feel supported, understood, and empowered.
