I love all that massage, Bodywork and yoga can accomplish. Through weaving Eastern and Western philosophies and techniques, we can treat spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of self. I aim to provide and safe and comfortable space for healing. My treatment styles and modalities cover a spectrum. From therapeutic and deep tissue/trigger point work to restorative/relaxing and energetic work. I like to incorporate yoga asana into treatments and also offer 1 on 1 and small group yoga and yoga-hike experiences in the valley. I’ve worked with LGBTQ , palliative and end of life populations, special needs populations, pregnant populations, athletes of all kinds. I have a special technique for TMJ treatment. I have 13 years experience and continue in the quest of lifelong learning.
