I have over a decade of experience providing therapy to LGBTQ folx living with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and burnout. I’m passionate about working with clients to explore their gender and sexuality. I will strive to empower you to pursue your passions, achieve your goals, and celebrate your talents. As a queer woman, my approach to therapy is trauma-informed, sex-positive, and anti-oppressive. I believe the relationship is the most powerful aspect of therapy and is built on trust, understanding, and openness. I realize how important it is to have a queer therapist who knows the unique needs and strengths of the community.
