My name is Jonathan and I am a Nurse Practitioner with Central Outreach Wellness Center in Pittsburgh, a clinic dedicated to serving the LGBTQ and HIV positive patient with both gender affirming/LGBTQ specific care as well as primary care and contraception/GYN services. I specialize in providing gender affirming care and gender affirming hormone treatment. I am a transgender man myself and love being able to care for my community, especially my fellow transgender patients.
