Therapy is a place where we can gently explore how you’ve learned to keep yourself safe. We’ll make space for the parts of you that haven’t always been seen or heard. Rather than pushing past survival, we’ll focus on helping you move through the world in ways that feel more connected, intentional, and your own. If you’re sensing that something needs care, therapy can offer a place to begin. Together, we can strengthen self-trust, deepen your sense of agency, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. When it feels right, I’d be glad to connect and take the next step together.
