I work at a large, private mental health practice. I specialize in working with children and adolescents and also enjoy working with adults. I specialize in developmental trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, gender identity, and parenting. I work from a person-centered approach which means that I believe every person is the expert of their self and that every person has what they need within them to actualize their potential. The first session with me will be an intake in which I gather information about you and your symptoms/behaviors and together we collaborate to create a treatment plan to achieve your goals.
