Provider Description
Tending to your mental health takes time, patience, and a willingness to be vulnerable. Exploration, as difficult as it may be, will empower you to embody who you are. I work with anyone feeling stuck, unmotivated, or anxious to grow into their most authentic selves. During our time together, we’ll collaborate to achieve your goals so you can live your best life — whatever that looks like for you. As a social worker, I view mental health through the lens of the systems we live in, so we’ll also unpack how the intersections of your identity and society impact mental health. One of my specialties is working with the LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous/ENM, and kink/BDSM communities. When you hold those identities, it can be difficult to find a space where you can just be — without having to explain the details. As a queer, trans, and poly kinkster, it’s my goal to help other folx manage their mental health so they can thrive fully as themselves. Change doesn’t occur overnight, but it’s always possible. You don’t have to walk this path alone. I’d be honored to take that first step together.
