I’m Christina (she/her/hers), a licensed therapist with two decades of experience supporting adults in the LGBTQ+ community through trauma, identity, and self-discovery. As a Latinx lesbian, I don’t just work with LGBTQ+ clients—I understand them. I know the difference between belonging and merely existing, and what it means to navigate a world that doesn’t always see you clearly. My practice is a space for all your “differents” — your intersections, your resilience, your pain, and your power. I specialize in trauma work because I believe transformation happens when we stop avoiding pain and begin to move through it. Trauma takes many forms, whether emotional, physical, or the weight of experiences that linger. My goal is to help you define what's kept you stuck, clear space for healing, and give you the tools to breathe, heal, and succeed. Therapy with me is a partnership—I meet you where you are, and we move forward at your pace. You are the expert in your life, and I’m here to help you reconnect with that truth.
