I am a highly skilled Cognitive Behavior Therapist (CBT) and have extensive training with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other exposure based approaches. As Professor and Director of the Post-Masters CBT Certificate Program at New York University (NYU), I am always up to date with the newest and latest therapy techniques. I also trains and supervise other therapists in CBT based approaches. I bring this and more than 15+ years of experience to best help the patients I work with. I am licensed in New York and also approved to provide telehealth services to Florida residents.
