Hi I'm Aaron (they/them), a queer, non-binary, fat liberationist with ADHD in long-term 12-step recovery. I work best with LGBTQIA+ adolescents and adults, couples, kink/poly families, and other clients. We may be a good fit if you seek long-term healing and growth. When time and my supervisor allows it, I also write low-cost, single-session letters for gender-affirming HRT and/or top surgery. My approach is to meet you where you are, and the tools I use include talk therapy with active listening and radical acceptance; EMDR therapy for specific traumatic memories; expressive arts therapy; and Jungian/Depth models.
