Provider Description
I’m Dr. Asher, a survivor, scholar, and trauma energetics coach. I support people who’ve done the hard work—therapy, reflection, survival—and are now seeking something deeper. My work is grounded in lived experience, shaped by scholarship, and guided by a quiet conviction: you are not broken. You are becoming whole, again. As a queer woman and four-time sexual abuse survivor, I don’t speak from theory—I speak from the body, from experience, and from the long, non-linear journey back to my essential self. With a Ph.D. in Medical Anthropology and over two decades of qualitative research, I hold space for survivors to heal on their own terms—with care, not pressure. I offer 1:1 coaching, a survivor-centered membership, and a growing library of somatic tools designed for those who’ve outgrown traditional models and want something more honest, more embodied, and more real. Healing isn’t about performance. It’s about coming home to yourself. That’s the journey I’m here to walk with you.
