Provider Description
I provide inclusive, non-diet nutrition care to patients of all ages. I strive to help patients unlearn diet-culture messaging and work on intuitive eating skills as well as addressing nutrition-related issues including Diabetes, hypertension, IBS, hyperlipidemia, and kidney issues. I am a big believer in discussing the science of nutrition and understanding the physiology of a diagnosis before applying it to real life realistic goals. I want patients to leave a session both empowered with more information and armed with concrete steps toward sustainable behavior change.
