I'm a body-centered psychotherapist in Denver, CO. I support folks in connecting to their bodies and emotions, work through trauma, and build more capacity to shine as their fullest selves. Together, we tenderly and playfully pay attention to what is happening, work with resourcing and processing exercises, and aim to build more sense of self-acceptance in a felt/embodied way.
