By gently cultivating mindful connections with your inner world, we can explore techniques to deepen your self-awareness, nurture your innate sense of self, and enhance your ability to fully communicate your needs and wants. I am a Level I trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. In my practice, I blend attatchment theory and strength-based perspectives through the IFS lens offering a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental and validating approach to support my clients. We begin with a complimentary consultation to learn about my services and to identify some of the challenges you're facing. This session will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions and delve into the Internal Family Systems (IFS) process and what you can expect from our work together.
