Using an integrative psychodynamicly-based approach, I work with clients to help deepen their cognition and explore inward to develop insights into what keeps them stagnant. This heightened self-awareness often precipitates mental breakthroughs that lead to a more satisfying and meaningful life. I also utalize somatic and behavioral-based approaches to help patients resolve the problems that bring them to therapy and implement lasting change.
