Provider Description
Hi, I'm Carly! A queer, neurocomplex human helping folks navigate their sexual health through a consent-based, liberation-oriented practice. I see teens and support adults in individual and couples/poly-aware relationship therapy. I love using EMDR & parts work, and enjoy digging deep into past experiences to create relational healing. Many of the young queer and neurodivergent clients I work with also struggle with being kinder to themselves and liberating themselves from societal definitions of “normal.” I’m passionate about supporting my clients by using our therapeutic relationship, parts work, and EMDR to help them feel more capable of caring for themselves and move towards areas of pleasure in their lives. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, confusion about life, navigating your sexual health, relationship stress, or major life transitions, I’m ready to meet you where you’re at with warmth and care. As a queer, neurodivergent, consent-focused therapist, I love working with clients who feel similarly to how I felt; facing daily worries and difficulties voicing your needs, confusion about how to navigate life transitions, experiencing insecurity and shame about your sexual health needs, feeling unsure of how to communicate within your relationship(s), or desiring gender-affirming/trans-liberatory care. I know deeply what it's like to feel confused and overwhelmed navigating stressful systems and want to make a space where we can work with your whole mindbody to heal past memories that are holding you back. Together, we can combat systemic oppression through a liberatory-oriented framework focusing on pleasure, communal support, and unpacking internalized beliefs keeping us from feeling free.
