I help LGBTQIA2S+ folks feel safer in their bodies, reconnect with themselves and their communities, and expand their comfort zones to make life more manageable and meaningful. My style is warm, relational, and collaborative and my approach is rooted in anti-oppressive practice, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction principles. I view therapy as a space that we build together and offer an eclectic range of tools and perspectives to meet your unique needs. As a queer and trans therapist, I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool in our path towards collective liberation. I received my Masters in Social Work at the University of Chicago in 2017 and have been a practicing therapist since 2021.
