I believe that everyone should have access to quality, culturally competent mental health care. I am currently an intern therapist both in private practice and community mental health. I am working toward licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) and currently under supervision. I serve clients from varied social and ethnic backgrounds, including LGBTQ2IA+ and BIPOC in Washington state. While I serve in a professional healthcare capacity, my work is heart-centered. I provide a peaceful and safe space for reflection and growth through non-judgement, unconditional positive regard, and attuned presence, using culturally appropriate and evidence-based therapies. My journey towards becoming a therapist began as a call to help ease the suffering in the world and it is in that spirit that I arrive in each session with clients. I seek justice and repair for marginalized communities and envision a world where each human being can live freely without fear of violence or harm and our planet is protected from further exploitation and destruction. “Love recognizes no barriers.
