Hello, and thanks for considering me as your mental/behavioral health provider. I am a Licensed Psychologist in both North Carolina and Georgia and currently, my practice is all virtual (secure video telehealth sessions). I am particularly skilled at treating relational and interpersonal concerns, anxiety and mood disorders, physical health concerns that impact mental health and functioning, parenting-related concerns, vocational concerns/work-life balance issues, assisting with major transitions, and life and stress management.
