As a therapist, I work diligently to cultivate a space that is affirming and empowering for all clients, regardless of identity, expression, or background. Each and every person that comes into my office is unique, and our work together should reflect that. Combining knowledge and skills from multiple therapeutic disciplines allows me to curate a unique treatment plan that aligns with your goals, and allows you be in control of your experience. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches allow for individualized treatment plans to address life transitions, stress, anxiety & depression, LGBTQIA+ identities, executive functioning, and interpersonal relationships. As a neurodivergent and transgender individual, I understand how difficult it can be to move through a world that is not designed for you, or even feels against you. Navigating the complexities of your identity, emotions, experiences, and behaviors doesn’t have to be something you do without support.
