The work I love the most is helping folks navigate life transitions- coming out, settling in a new place, opening or closing a romantic relationship, or making new connections. I also utilize tools from ACT and DBT schools of therapy, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and Narrative Exposure Therapy for PTSD. I have lived experience as a transgender and polyamorous person, and am a firm believer in systems-informed therapy that acknowledges how social stresses impact us as queer persons.
