I have specialized training and extensive experience supporting the LGBTQ+ community, including counseling with the Trevor Project and certification in writing letters of support for gender-affirming procedures. Therapy with me is collaborative and warm, grounded in empathy, and free from judgment. We work together to identify and unravel negative thought patterns that may be holding you back, while fostering more positive, empowering beliefs. I work primarily with adults, offering a supportive space where you can feel understood and accepted as you navigate anxiety, self-image concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In our work together, you can expect a thoughtful and compassionate approach that helps you gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors, process past experiences, and develop coping strategies that make day-to-day life feel more manageable and balanced.
