I offer LGBTQ+ affirmative counseling for adults and teens navigating life changes, relationships, identity development, coming out, family conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, religious trauma, self-acceptance and many other concerns that come into our lives. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental—I meet clients where they are and help them move toward where they want to be. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients who want to feel seen, valued, and understood. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tend to switch things up depending on your needs and goals. Whether you’re exploring gender identity, processing past pain, navigating queer relationships, or seeking a safe and affirming space to grow, I’m here to support your journey toward healing and wholeness.
