I have been a therapist since 2011, working with teens and adults. I have a fully virtual private practice in Texas providing individual therapy to adults and teens, as well as supervision for associate therapists. I work with clients who are experiencing life changes, want to grow or improve the self or relationships, who are experiencing anxiety or depression and people navigating infertility, pregnancy and parenting. I have experience with LGBTQ+ clients, polyamorous relationships, non-monogamy and kink/sexual health. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe environment where my clients can be themselves and work on goals that are meaningful and impactful to them.
