Ours is a Community Health Center that trains all of our team members in inclusiveness and trauma-informed care. We feature our "Transcend Maui" program, which provides multi-disciplinary care including gender-affirming hormone therapy, behavioral health, and community support. We enjoy a diverse and multicultural provider team and patient population. Having worked in California for 20 years prior to moving to Hawaii, I am fluent in Spanish.
