Hello and welcome! I support adult, teen, and pre-teen clients navigating anxiety, identity development, boundaries, self-trust, and the ongoing effects of trauma on the body and relationships. I have specialized training in complex trauma and am a Certified CPT Provider. I also offer EMDR. For clients who want to make faster progress, I offer trauma therapy intensives.
