I am passionate about serving the transgender community. I help transgender youth and adults explore their gender identity and create future goals. I support transgender clients as they navigate issues related to school, home, work, and family. I provide information on various options for gender-affirming care. I can provide guidance for updating name and gender and various forms. I often use CBT, compassion, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness exercises to help clients reduce symptoms of gender dysphoria, anxiety, and depression.
