Nice to meet you, I’m Megan. I help people from all backgrounds learn their worth, empower their voices, and find ways to deepen relationships. I am here to normalize therapy and challenge the stigma that feelings equal weakness. I am on your side, and here to make therapy comfortable (and maybe even fun!) Therapy is a delicate art, and I’m here to give you a thoughtfully-balanced approach to making lasting changes. I’m a proud feminist and BIPOC and LGBTQIA ally. I practice gender-affirming care and am committed to my own self-awareness in and outside the therapy office. An important part of counseling outside of the therapy office is connecting clients to gender affirming community resources, advocating for their medical needs, speaking to school staff or companies to help build awareness, and offering education to families to learn and grow in the process. I have worked with LGBTQ+ individuals from 9 years old to 65 years old and am a member of GLMA Health Professionals Advancing LGBTQ+ Equality. I remain strongly connected to narratives of change, celebration, and transformation. I am honored to connect deeply with my clients through their own journeys and to hold space for the unearthed topics.
