We'll go beyond just talking to create deep, lasting change. I blend Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you deeply process and fully transform painful emotions. I provide gender-affirming, culturally humble care, equipping you with the skills to break intergenerational cycles and move toward your most authentic self. I know how much energy it takes to keep showing up while feeling broken. You don't have to carry that burden alone anymore.
