I'm a health psychologist with a wide range of experience working with young adults and older adults struggling with emotional distress associated with medical issues, life transitions, burnout, and career concerns. I have a holistic approach to health, meaning, I consider biological, social, cultural, emotional, and behavioral aspects of health that may contribute to individuals difficulties to achieve their true potential. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to ensure patients from the LGBTQ+ community feel welcomed and supported. It is important for me that individuals' gender identity or sexual orientation are not barriers to have quality healthcare.
