Hi! I am a therapist (Licensed Master Social Worker/LMSW) through Mind Body Optimization, a mental health center in Fort Worth, Texas. I provide individual therapy where my areas of expertise include religious trauma, anxiety disorders, neurodivergence, chronic illness, parenting, self-esteem issues, complex-PTSD, and support for the queer community. I have prior experience as the group therapist for mental health Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. My supervisor as an LMSW is Patricia Martinez, LCSW-S. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach primarily through the lens of attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and believe that self-compassion is the key to strengthening mental health.
