Provider Description
Hi there and thank you for taking the time to look around Mountain Meadow's website. I am the owner and creator of Mountain Meadow. I have a background in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, Classical Five Element Acupuncture, and in Psychotherapy/Psychology (I worked as a licensed therapist for many years doing private practice, working in treatment centers, mental health centers, and running groups). I believe that with my varied background, I can best serve my clients in a holistic manner. I believe that Body, Mind, and Spirit are intrinsically connected and appreciate and honor when all show up during our sessions. I use elements from modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems for an approach that is both individualized and integrative. I am a queer neurodiverse person with she/they pronouns that also has dealt with chronic illness/pain. I am passionate about working with young adults and adults alike.
