Provider Description
I'm a surgeon-scientist working in pancreatic, liver, biliary, and gastrointestinal cancers, as well as benign disease. In addition to my clinical work, I also have an active research laboratory studying the recurrence of pancreatic cancer after surgical resection. I am also very active in LGBTQ+ advocacy and DEI work both within OHSU and nationally and sit on several DEI committees for my professional organizations. I live in Portland with my husband and two children, and enjoy gardening, cooking, and reading.
