I’ve provided primary care to LGBTQIA+ patients since 1995, and I'm part of a team of experienced primary care providers focused on making Oak Street Health the best place for LGBTQIA+ primary care. We help connect patients to insurance resources. Our clinical teams focus on your health care goals, while paying particular attention to preventive care and wellness.
