Where you are empowered to go out in the world unapologetically you, prioritizing your physical and emotional needs so you can do and be everything you ever dreamed. Empowerment, Empathy, and Validation are at the core of my work with clients. As a spiritually informed therapist, I take a holistic, relational approach, exploring meaning-making systems that keep your light shining, and take into consideration everything at work within you, mind, body, and spirit. You are the narrator of your story and together we work to understand your story and implement ways to cultivate the magic that already lives inside you.
