I specialize in working with neurodivergent transgender adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with their identity or with navigating past traumas associated with identity discovery. I also have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, and complex childhood trauma. I have a passion working with folks who are late-diagnosed ADHD or ASD; I also help clients who would like to explore the possibility of having ADHD or ASD (or both!) and navigating ways to cope and manage their life in a neurotypical world. I practice from a trauma-informed lens, focusing on what works well for you and meeting you where you're at.
