Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for helping marginalized groups, specifically the LGBTQIA+ and queer communities, and for helping all people address the effects of trauma in their lives. I have experience with a variety of mental health and substance use disorders, but I also enjoy working with folx who just need support through various transitions and struggles in their lives. My therapeutic style is genuine, accepting, and collaborative. I believe that you know yourself better than anyone, and I am here to assist and empower you to become the person you want to be, while challenging thoughts or behaviors that are standing in your way. I work best with adults who want to work together to build a therapeutic relationship and plan for healing. I use an eclectic clinical approach that combines CBT, DBT, solution focused, somatic, MI, and existential frameworks
