Provider Description
I work with LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, kink/BDSM involved folks, polyamorous and non-monogamous, and sex working individuals, couples, and polycules who are tired of being pathologized or having to educate their providers. I am queer, non-binary, femme, AuDHD, chronically ill/disabled, and share many of the expansive sexual identities of my clients. I specialize in working with neurodivergent folks realizing their neurotype later in life, childhood trauma, and relationships and attachment challenges. It's possible to build safety, presence, pleasure, and joy within yourself and your partnerships. Our sessions together will feature warmth, humor, and empathy. I use somatic (body-focused), parts-work, emotion-focused, and relational approaches to therapy. Therapy will be customized to you, your need, and preferred way of working. My practice is grounded in principles of anti-oppression, non-judgment, harm reduction, as well as sex-positivity, body neutrality, and pleasure-centered work. I earned my Masters in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I've trained hundreds of therapists on LGBTQ+ Competent Therapy, as well as other professional competencies, and been interviewed by Them, Cosmopolitan, O.School, and Verywell Health.
