I specialize in trauma-informed orthopedic massage therapy — a combination that allows me to address chronic pain, injury rehabilitation, and postural alignment while remaining deeply attuned to each client’s unique history and boundaries. I am currently pursuing advanced certifications in manual lymphatic drainage and medical orthopedic massage to better support clients navigating post-surgical recovery and complex chronic pain conditions. During your first visit, we will discuss your physical goals — such as improving range of motion, reducing pain, or restoring functional movement — alongside your preferences for communication, pacing, and touch.
