We will discuss your goals and determine together if my approach—whether it be traditional talk therapy or more structured tools like EMDR—is the right fit for your journey. I bring over six years of clinical experience and a personal understanding of the generational shifts within the LGBTQ+ community. Having lived through these changes myself, I offer a relatable perspective to older adults (40+) who are navigating the complexities of identity, aging, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a space where you don’t have to explain the nuances of your history—I’m here to help you process it. Beyond general mental health, I provide specialized support for: Medical Transitioning & Aging: Navigating chronic illness and end-of-life planning within the community. Trauma Recovery: Using EMDR to process long-standing or historical trauma. Addiction Support: A compassionate, harm-reduction approach to recovery. Caregiver Support: Helping those caring for aging partners or parents. Note on Accessibility: To ensure we are a good fit, I offer free phone consultations prior to scheduling.
