When working with individuals, I take a personalized approach that targets the contextual factors in their lives that reinforce behavior patterns they wish to change by helping them build self-efficacy. I am a licensed psychologist Board Certified in Addiction Psychology with extensive experience working with individuals struggling with the daily impacts of trauma and adverse events. Central to my approach is the recognition of each individual’s autonomy and inherent dignity as a person. This means creating a therapeutic environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and validated in their identities, while simultaneously offering evidence-based interventions that align with their healthcare needs and personal goals. I am a member of the Medical Provider Network (MPN) of Washington Labor & Industries (L&I) and can see you for work injury-related therapy.
