I’m a queer licensed art therapist, counselor, and interdisciplinary artist based in Chicago. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, survivors of trauma and sexual violence, and people navigating identity, life transitions, and complex mental health needs. My approach is trauma-informed, creative, and grounded in cultural humility. I integrate art therapy, EMDR, somatic practices, and talk therapy to support clients in feeling more connected to themselves and their healing process. I’m also the co-founder of Roots & Rays Center for Creative Medicine, a nonprofit that provides accessible mental health care and community-based arts programming. My work is all about showing up with care, curiosity, and collaboration—creating space for people to be seen, supported, and empowered.
