I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy for adults and couples navigating relational wounds, life transitions, identity exploration, burnout, and quiet struggles with self-trust and belonging. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who are ready to move beyond survival and build lives that feel more authentic and meaningful. My approach is collaborative, relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for each person’s full humanity. I work with people healing from the emotional impact of toxic relationships, negotiating family dynamics, building healthier boundaries, and affirming diverse queer identities. I offer both in-person sessions and secure telehealth for clients across Texas. Therapy with me moves at a pace that respects your complexity, your timing, and your right to shape your own healing journey. I am a licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LCP Associate), supervised by Belinda Gale, Hartschuh, LPC-S, LMFT, and see clients online throughout the state of Texas or in person in Plano, Texas.
