As a psychotherapist, I am mindful that one size does not fill all and that every person is unique with singular experiences. Therefore, modalities used and the therapy structure will be informed by your specific needs, values and goals. I’m a bilingual (English/French) psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, gender and sexual identity questioning, and feelings of isolation. I have particular expertise working with LGBTQIA+ adults and older adults from diverse cultural backgrounds (30+ nationalities). I’m an active, empathic listener who approaches talk therapy with curiosity, warmth, and a genuine interest in helping you reach your goals.
