Intimacy and sex can be joyful, fun and fulfilling. It's an important part of our overall health and wellness. It can also be confusing, and be associated with pain, trauma, shame and guilt. Exploring your feelings, processing your experiences, and leaning into the unknown is an important part of understanding and honoring your sexuality. I thrive on a practice that is client collaborative, sex-positive and affirming, kink and poly-aware, and welcoming for any and all sexual topics. I'm here for you, your relationship(s), and your experiences to be heard, understood, valued, and respected. I am available online and in-person for coaching, therapy and consultation.
