Provider Description
I operate a private practice (Sirona & Sage Healing) that accepts public and private insurance and cash pay. I practice Relational Art Therapy with clients. My specialization is gender emergence and working with individuals and systems of the Gender, Sex, and Relationally Diverse (GSRD). I have been working within gender care for 5 years and am the author of the chapter on gender in the forthcoming: Queer Worldmaking in Art Therapy: Theory & Praxis to be published by Routledge Press. I also teach graduate students studying Couple and Family Therapy & Art Therapy at Antioch University. When not in session with clients, class with students, or in meetings I am very active in community engagement and advocacy. I volunteer at the nonprofit community mental health agency Hope Development Practice in Puyallup, WA that specializes in working with the GSRD. I am also in the process of launching a community center (Let's Create Culture) for therapeutic art making, with a future dream of creating an off-grid/low-grid healing and retreat center that is a designated safe space for QTBIPOC individuals.
