I believe therapy isn't the answer to every problem, but individual healing supports our efforts to build collective power. I'm a queer multiracial therapist who can help you practice the skill of caring for yourself, as deeply and kindly as you care for others. I practice in-person trauma therapy in English and Spanish in Oakland. I also write letters for gender-affirming care. I can help you learn more about your patterns and tendencies in relationships to help you feel a greater sense of agency and possibility. Having a brief consultation call is a great way to see if the vibes feel right with a potential therapist.
